Hi, I am Sehrish and I have been part of Studio X’s team for many years. I conduct Zumba, Pilates and Body Sculpt classes at the Studio. I am a fitness enthusiast! For me fitness begins from within. It’s a combination of mental and physical conditioning. The purpose and aim of my classes is to make body movement enjoyable for my client’s so that they keep coming back for more 🙂
I’m a diehard Barre & Pilates girl (all thanks to my early exposure to Winsor Pilates & Jennifer Kries) an avid yogi since 2005 and a dancer since age 2 (no exaggeration there). I earned a 100-hour certification in Hatha Yoga in my late teens from Sri Lanka merely as a hobby when I lived there with my family.
Its been 5 years now that I’ve immersed myself in what comes naturally to me – being a fitness trainer and have already conducted Pilates, Barre, dance, yoga & guided meditation programs at numerous fitness studios, corporate organizations, educational institutions and recreational clubs to date. Certified by Emma Newham Fitness and enthused with 18 years of self-learning & extensive practice in Mat Pilates & Barre, I’m ecstatic to bring Barrelates to Studio X.
One of the many reasons the pilates style of movement resonates with me so deeply is that l’m able to find balance when I remove the high stress I used to associate with exercise. It’s the most sustainable form of workout I have found because it strengthens me more than anything else without leaving me depleted. I always say pilates gets more challenging the longer you’ve been doing it because as your muscles get stronger, you become more aware of your body, and you begin to really tap into finding deeper and deeper muscle connection. I started as a beginner to pilates after an injury with very little strength years ago, and am always amazed at what my consistency with pilates has done for me.
I am a full-time teacher and a passionate spin instructor, who has been lighting up the cycling world at Studio X for the past three years. With an unwavering enthusiasm for fitness and a desire to inspire others to lead a healthier lifestyle, I have become a guiding force at Studio X. Armed with infectious energy and a genuine connection with my riders, I try my best to transform stationary bikes into vehicles of empowerment and transformation.
Whether it is pushing through an intense hill climb or reaching a new personal best; I always motivate my clients to overcome obstacles with a smile. My classes are not just about physical exertion but also about fostering a sense of camaraderie, as they create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome. Through years of experience I have honed the art of crafting exhilarating playlists that keep the momentum high and spirits even higher. As I continue to pedal onward, I want to be an inspiring figure in the spin community, touching the lives of countless individuals and leaving a lasting impression on their fitness journey.
Sameena is a cardio mix expert! She is known for cuing proper core training and breaking down exercises to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively. Her classes will get your heart rate up and burning max calories, even after the class is over!
Madiha is a certified group fitness instructor who uses a combination of HIIT and Strength training. She uses a diverse set of strategies in order to help her class feel motivated, healthy, happy and strong
Becoming a trainer came out of my own love of being active and healthy. Couple of years back, there was phase in my life where I gained a lot of weight and felt extremely lethargic and unhealthy. I promised myself to change myself for the better and transform myself into a stronger and healthier version of myself.
My passion for fitness led me to study and get certified. I travelled to acquire level 3 personal training & pre post natal certifications and have been working towards changing lives for almost 7 years.
My message to all those who want to start their fitness journey is remember their is no age, gender, size, job or anything that should stop you to being a better version of yourself. Fitness isn’t about achieving a certain size or body or shouldn’t be always about going to fancy gyms; it’s all about taking care of your body by eating right, being active, dedicating a small portion of your day to do any activity you like it can be lifting weights, playing a sport, swimming or any other activity that uses and strengthens your muscles. You should always prioritize your health and take care of your body because it’s this body you have to live in for the rest of your life.
Hi, i am Nia, the newest spin instructor at the studio. My love for cycling began early on and it’s grown into a full-blown passion that fuels me as a spin instructor. My classes are a mix of energizing workouts and moments of zen, giving you the perfect balance to power up both your mind and body.

Ambereen is a passionate and a focused yoga teacher. Her sessions are customized according to the age and requirements of her clients and her practice supports their

Jeannette is both owner and head trainer at Studio X and embodies twenty years of experience in fitness training. Her BA in Hotel Management has taught her to meet and exceed client expectations and she has put this knowledge to use in every facet of Studio X. Not known for doing anything by half, Jeannette has upped the ante for fitness studios in Pakistan. She invested in reeducating herself and is an internationally certified instructor and Yogi who continues to train, and retrain, in world-class fitness techniques.
Jeannette takes this experience and knowledge, packs it solid with enthusiasm and a can-do spirit to create workouts that burn fat, increase strength, sculpt the body and elate the spirit. Pilates, Power Yoga, Spin, personal training or the cross training, Jeannette’s approach is to make each person realize, attain, and even exceed their own potential. And that she serves up with a portion of pure Colombian caffeine free stimulating fun.

After graduating in Graphic Design and Communications, Fuzzy embarked on studying Health and Fitness completing her certifications and joined her mother at the Studio as head trainer and social media marketing manager. Fuzzy began conducting classes that incorporate cardio and weight training for maximum results. In 2015, Fuzzy got certified in Spinning and launched Spin X, Indoor Cycling Studio under Studio X. As her studio grew in demand so did her team. Her classes are fast paced, cardio intensive, addictive, challenging and will transform your body while pedalling to an amazing playlist. Her passion to learn and educate keeps her studying and up to date with the fitness industry. In 2020 she moved to Dubai, continuing with her fitness and is now COO of Studio X. She has trained all her Spin Instructors who have now taken over the spin studio and continues to train up and coming instructors to join the team.
