One of the many reasons the pilates style of movement resonates with me so deeply is that l'm able to find balance when I remove the high stress I used to associate with exercise. It's the most sustainable form of workout I have found because it strengthens me more than anything else without leaving me depleted.

I’m a diehard Barre & Pilates girl (all thanks to my early exposure to Winsor Pilates & Jennifer Kries) an avid yogi since 2005 and a dancer since age 2 (no exaggeration there). I earned a 100-hour certification in Hatha Yoga in my late teens from Sri Lanka merely as a hobby when I lived there with my family.

Hi, I am Sehrish and I have been part of Studio X’s team for many years. I conduct Zumba, Pilates and Body Sculpt classes at the Studio. I am a fitness enthusiast! For me fitness begins from within.
